Acceptance of Terms

2.4 KYC Verification

Account Management

cs8v Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, violation of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its players. In cases of permanent closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting cs8v Casino customer support via live chat or email. Upon processing, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable identity verification checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
